Back to School Baked Tacos

These creamy tacos are quick and easy to make and best of all they’re all assembled and ready for everyone to eat. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy a crumble-free taco.
Baked Tacos Recipe
8-10 hard shell tacos (flat bottom work best)
1 lb A+ Ranch Organic ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 yellow onion, finely diced
1 - 15oz canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 - 15oz canned diced tomatoes
8oz cream cheese
1 1/4 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings (optional): Chopped cilantro, avocado or salsa
Preheat oven to 400F
Rinse and drain black beans and set aside.
