A+ RANCH Recipe Suggestion; Marinate and smoke on the grill (or roasted in the oven) for wonderful crispy skin and juicy meat. Make divine, nutrient dense turkey stock/ bone broth by boiling for an hour, removing all meaty bits and boiling the remaining bones and pieces for 24-48 hours. Discard bones/ pieces and freeze or enjoy the broth.
